Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic, skincare, beauty, and personal care products, all purchases made through our website are subject to a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered. All sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, including fragrance, texture, color, or expected results

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

To review your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product received

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item. No cash refunds will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
